The Universal Conservatory of Ballet was honored to participate in APAPA’s AANHPI Heritage Celebration, part of the inspiring Roots & Resilience: Arts in California Parks series. This meaningful community event brought together culture, art, wellness, and nature to celebrate unity, diversity, and the importance of connection within our communities.

Our dancers were proud to perform alongside talented artists, speakers, and performers from across California in a celebration that highlighted heritage, resilience, and creativity. Events like these remind us how the arts can inspire healing, confidence, and belonging for children, families, and communities.

Throughout the day, attendees enjoyed cultural performances, community activities, and even the historic Jupiter train on display, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved. We are grateful to APAPA and all organizers, volunteers, and community members who made this event possible.

At Universal Conservatory of Ballet, we believe dance is more than technique — it is a way to connect cultures, tell stories, and bring people together. We are proud to support community events that encourage artistic expression, education, and wellness.

We also encourage families to participate in APAPA’s upcoming Community Crafting Day on June 13, featuring positivity stones, mandala art, tea ceremonies, and more creative activities that promote mindfulness and community connection.

Thank you to everyone who supported and celebrated with us. We look forward to continuing to share the beauty of classical ballet and cultural arts throughout our community.
