Victoria Kostikov – Choreographer, Instructor

Victoria Kostikov began dancing at the age of three and trained in a variety of styles including ballet, lyrical, jazz, musical theater, and contemporary. At nine years old, she choreographed her first competition solo and began training at Bayer Ballet Academy, where she developed her technique and artistry while also assisting in teaching classes for younger students. At age ten, she received the MVP Award at the Tremaine Dance Convention and Competition.

Victoria competed in the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) for several years, choreographing her own solos for each competition. She earned the Youth Grand Prix Award and later advanced to the YAGP International Finals in Tampa, placing in the Top 24 internationally. She was also awarded a scholarship to train at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany, where she studied for two years. Victoria is passionate about sharing her love of dance and helping young dancers grow in both technique and confidence.
